New E-Chap By Felino A. Soriano
We are honored to have another e-chap available here by Felino A. Soriano: Subcontraries of Alternating Manias . (Go to page) We are consistently challenged and intrigued by his work, and agree with Jack Henry who said succinctly that Soriano “is a poet’s poet”.
If you love language, you will find that Soriano loves it right alongside you. The paradox about his poetry is that it is both primal and elegant, straight as it is shapely, strange as it is a bridge to things common and basic. In his way, he honors the ordinary: the human experiencing art.
Soriano writes in tribute to the process, to being in the moment when that wave of something amazing hits our eyes and ears.
Do you remember being so moved by a piece of music that your body began to move, before you even knew what you were about to do? Soriano will bring you back to those moments- indeed, those are the moments he seems to live for, write for, in a sense… he is inspired by being inspired.
